Use it for anything: a bug, a question, a report about another player, a request to delete your account, or anything about the privacy policy.
Reporting somebody in a game
You do not have to email us to do this, and it is faster not to. Both controls are in the app:
- Report a message. Press and hold it on a phone, or use the button beside it on either. Pick a reason, confirm, and the report reaches us pointing at that exact message.
- Block a player. From that same menu, or from the roster of players at the table. Their messages stop appearing for you straight away — in that game and every one after it — and they are not told. You can undo it from your account screen.
We aim to look at every report within 24 hours. What we do about it is set out in the terms — the short version is that there is no tolerance for abuse, and an account behind it can be removed without warning.
If somebody is in danger
Contact your local emergency services first. We are a small team reading email, and we cannot respond at the speed an emergency needs. Tell us afterwards and we will act on the account.
